Why KA Fancy Cut Software?
Current challenges for manufacturing fancy colour / cut diamonds
- GIA does not provide cut grades for Fancy Cut Diamonds.
- Do not have standards set of parameters unlike Round cut which help to achieve desired performance in each of fancies.
- We have analysed and prepare lot of tools available to judge optical performance of fancy cut diamond but don’t have any tool or software which guides us to achieve that performance while manufacturing.
- No lab or any other institutions giving any kind of information on parameters or knowledge how to make best fancy cut diamonds.
- Lack of knowledge and training of cutting & Polishing method for fancies.
