Since 2016, KA Software Solutions had been delivering software solutions, training and consultancy service to match the needs of diamond manufactures in Surat and around the globe.
We have trained nearly 3600+ Diamond Polishers and 700+ diamond planners (expert) in different diamond manufacturing companies in Surat, Mumbai, Moscow, Botswana, Yakutsk and Vladivostok and help them to accomplish best outcomes in diamond manufacturing utilizing most recent innovations in industry. We are experts to achieve perfect outcomes in manufacturing “Fancy Cut Diamonds” utilizing the most recent innovation and skill & knowledge on parameters from Rough to Polish.

TECHNICAL TIMELINE
When in 2005, GIA introduce Round Shape parameters for Cut grading and symmetry grading. They gave combination of parameters which they grade as Cut grade. So every manufacture needs to follow their parameters and guideline to get certified.
Unlike round diamonds, the GIA grading reports not giving Cut Grade for fancy shape diamonds which provides an indication of its light performance. No Lab or companies provide any kind of standard information of parameters who help to achieve best light performance in fancy shapes.
From request of some of our friends (Diamond manufactures), we start developing standards parameters for fancy shapes, which help manufacture to get best light performance. But it’s not easy as there are more then 250+ different types of fancies shapes which currently been manufacturing around the world.
In year 2010, we decide to start our re-search and develop some parameters for standards 22 shapes first, which widely used by industry. We take base of ASET Scope tool which widely used by retailer and manufacture to judge Light performance for fancies shapes.
Since last 10 years, we keep developing parameters combination in which fancies shapes achieve best light performance and fancy diamonds looks beautiful in hands on customers. We study around 98 Million parameters for shapes like Pear, Oval, Marquise, Emerald (Step Cut), Radiant, Princess, Heart etc.
Finally in 2016, we develop Software for fancies, which bring you all possible combination of standard set of parameters which help every manufacture to get best light performance in fancy shapes. This one software help every manufacture to know what are best combination for each shape to get maximum Fire and performing fancy cut diamond.
